NC Top Coat Colors – Application Method
-
Surface Preparation
Before application, ensure the surface (wood or metal) is completely clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, moisture, and rust. Sand the surface if necessary to achieve smoothness. -
Primer Application
Apply a suitable NC Primer (one or two coats) to improve adhesion and obtain a smooth and uniform finish. Allow the primer to dry completely. -
Thinning
Mix the NC Top Coat Color thoroughly and thin with an appropriate NC Thinner as required to achieve proper viscosity for smooth application. -
Application
Apply the NC Top Coat Color evenly using a spray gun, brush, or roller. For best results, apply 1–2 thin coats rather than one thick coat. -
Drying Time
Each coat dries quickly. Allow sufficient drying time between coats before applying the next layer. -
Final Finish
After complete drying, the surface will have a smooth, attractive, and durable finish, providing excellent protection to wood and metal surfaces.
