Surface Preparation:
Clean the wood surface thoroughly to remove dust, dirt, and grease. Lightly sand any rough spots or imperfections. -
Application:
Apply NC Sanding Sealer evenly using a brush, roller, or spray. A thin, uniform coat works best. -
Absorption Time:
Allow the sealer to penetrate and fill the wood pores. This helps control absorption and ensures a smooth base. -
Sanding:
Once dry, lightly sand the surface to make it smooth. This prepares the surface for the next coat or lacquer. -
Subsequent Coats:
If needed, apply a second coat and sand again after drying. Then proceed with the desired paint or lacquer application.
