Method of Application – NC Putty
1. Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface (car body or metal surface) is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, rust, and moisture.
2. Putty Mixing
NC Putty is generally ready to use.
Stir well before application to achieve a smooth and uniform consistency.
3. Putty Application
Apply a thin layer of NC Putty using a putty knife or spatula.
For deep dents or uneven areas, apply multiple thin layers instead of one thick layer.
4. Drying Time
NC Putty dries quickly.
Normally, it dries within 15–30 minutes, depending on temperature and environment.
5. Sanding
After complete drying, sand the surface using 180–320 grit sandpaper to level it.
For final smoothness, use 400–600 grit sandpaper.
6. Finishing & Painting
After sanding, remove all dust and apply NC Primer or Top Coat Paint as required.
