NC Primer White & Gray

Multi-purpose Nitrocellulose primer, based on nitrocellulose, and specialty alkyd resins along with selection of fillers, special additives, and colorants to give a high covering property, good sanding ability and excellent elasticity. Used as a priming coat for all interior old and new surfaces of woodwork such as MDF, Teak, pine, oak, etc., as well as iron and steel surfaces such as metalwork, doors, frames and cabinets, to obtain a smooth and even surface after sanding.

Surface Preparation:
Clean the wood or metal surface thoroughly. Remove dust, oil, grease, and other contaminants. Light sanding is recommended if needed.
Mixing (If Required):
Mix the NC Primer with the recommended NC thinner according to the product instructions to achieve proper application consistency.
Application:
Apply the NC Primer (White) evenly using a brush, roller, or spray gun. Thin and uniform coats are recommended for best results.
Drying Time:
Allow the primer to dry completely. NC primers typically dry quickly.
Sanding:
Once dry, lightly sand the surface to achieve a smooth finish and ensure good adhesion for the next coat.
Subsequent Coats / Finishing:
Apply a second coat if required. After drying, the surface is ready for the final paint or lacquer application.
