Before application, ensure the substrate (wood or metal surface) is thoroughly clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, and moisture.
Remove old paint, rust, or uneven areas by proper sanding to obtain a smooth surface.
Mix the paint thoroughly and thin as required using a suitable NC thinner to achieve a homogeneous consistency.
Apply multiple thin and even coats using an air spray gun at the recommended pressure.
Allow sufficient flash-off and drying time between each coat.
For best results, application should be carried out under controlled temperature and in a dust-free environment.
After complete drying, the surface will achieve a smooth, uniform, and gloss-free matt finish.
